Here are three easy tips to help sell your Oregon home this winter.
Tip #1 is to stage your home with a touch of warmth. Buyer will be coming in from the cold weather and will appreciate the feeling of warmth in a comfortable environment.
Tip #2 - ensure your curb appeal looks great! Ensure slick leaves are picked up, potholes in your driveway, a new doormat, a wreath on the front door, fresh door paint and good lighting if the showing is occurring later in the evening are all helpful.
Tip #3- if you are still living in the home please be flexible with your showing schedule. During the holiday season buyers are busy working, dealing with family, shorter days and poor driving conditions. Being flexible and accommodating is helpful for those out viewing your home this winter.
